The book deals with the issues of making managerial decision at enterprises carrying out international business operations as well as multinational corporations, and embraces all basic sections of the International Management subject. The author has sought to produce a compact book, which would, on the one hand, meet the modern trends as accepted over the world in studying this subject and, on the other, take account of the features specific to the current statement of Russian economy and the environment of business operations in Russia. During his work on the book, the author has enjoyed many years of his experience in teaching International Economics and International Management at universities and business schools of St. Petersburg, as well as at educational institutions of France, Sweden, Great Britain, Finland, and Latvia.
