The journal is concerned with outstanding issues of functional analysis, and especially, the representation theory, the theory of abstract functional spaces, operator and operational equations, theories, and questions of topology bearing on functional analysis, as well as the most important applications of functional analysis in mathematics, mechanics and theoretical physics.

В журнале публикуются статьи, посвященные современным проблемам функционального анализа - теории представлений, теории абстрактных функциональных пространств, теории операторов, спектральной теории, а также важнейшим приложениям функционального анализа в математике, механике и теоретической физике.
