The textbook is a unified set of topics that are necessary for gaining complete knowledge for accomplishing such a fashion designer’s project activity as a technical drawing. The content of the textbook includes consistent cognitive-resumptive, theoretical and practical parts. The cognitive-resumptive parts feature a short historical survey, discovering the origin of fashion design and, as a consequence, historical development of a technical drawing of clothes. These issues are considered through the topics, which define the informative distribution methods of fashion, the development of the profession of a fashion magazines’ illustrator, the foundation and formation of the industrial design. Theoretical parts are considered through the generalized historical-topical journey. All the topics contain illustrated material in the form of methodological guideline for practical recommendations.

Данное учебное пособие представляет собой единый комплекс тем, необходимых для получения цельных знаний для выполнения такого процесса проектной деятельности дизайнера по костюму, как технический рисунок. В структуре учебного пособия содержатся согласованные между собой познавательно-обобщающие, теоретические и практические части. Познавательно-обобщающие части представляют собой краткий исторический обзор, раскрывающий факторы: возникновения сферы дизайна моды и как следствие - историческое развитие технического рисунка одежды, весь спектр которых рассматривается через ряд тем, выявляющих информативные способы распространения моды, развитие специализации художник-иллюстратор журналов мод, становление и формирование промышленного дизайна.
